covid19 Policy update:
~ We are now accepting clients on a limited basis. Please allow time when booking appointments as space is limited to one client at a time in the spa.
~ Face masks are to be worn for all treatments with the exception of facials & waxing.
~ Please wait out front of the doors and call or text the spa upon arrival.
~ Sanitization is mandatory upon entering the spa.
~ We ask that all clients sign in when they visit for spa services.
For the fairness to all our clients:
~ Please arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment. If you are a first time client please arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking.
~ All Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.
~ Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Can be used for products or services. Relax Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
~ A credit card number is required for all weekend appointments and/or Spa packages.
~ For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened products.
WEEKEND BOOKING POLICY
A full desposit is required for big services on Saturdays. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Staff may be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All weekend services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. Thank you!
